• Step 5: A candidate consideration meeting is held every Wednesday.
• Step 6: We will notify you if you have been selected as a potential candidate.
• Step 7: We will set up links for the accepted candidates to start the certification process.

How do I get paid?

• Step 1: When someone buys you will receive an instant notification email.
• Step 2: You can check your personal referral management area to view activity and closed sales 24X7
• Step 3: 30 days after sale is made, you will have a check mailed to you - you get paid when we get paid. An example would be that if you break up a solution amount into 3 monthly payments you will get three commission checks in the predetermined percentage amount.

How much do I get paid?
You will be paid a percentage of each sale you make. You will be the main contact for your client, and will do most of the sales using our proven methods and resources, including our Senior Consulting Team. Our Senior Consulting Team members have been with the company for a minimum of 3 years or more and are here to help you close the your deal. The most effective technique is to schedule conference call with your lead and a Senior Consultant, you introduce them to your potential client and briefly explain the business/product, etc., then let them help you close the deal.

You will not lose any of your commission if a senior consultant assists you when closing the sale! Our goal is to make sure your potential customers get what they need to succeed, as well as answer all their questions. At Flashecom.NET we try to always under promise and over deliver. Lead Sources:
Flashecom.NET will pass out leads to the most motivated coaches based on their activity level. These leads will be warm leads (meaning people who know Flashecom.NET and will have requested to be contacted) and will be derived from a number of sources and marketing campaigns. Some lead sources are as follows:

1. Trade Shows – Top performers will be invited to attend and work shows in their area. These shows will be in a variety of industries and are the single best source for leads as you get to meet potential clients face to face and talk to them about their favorite subject - Their business!
2. Speaking at Events - Top performers and will have the opportunity to be the presenter at shows and be rewarded with a percentage of the sales closed at the event.
3. Lead Generation – Flashecom.NET generates a great many leads every month from a number of marketing efforts. These leads are distributed in a ‘round robin’ fashion to any coaches who are active and up to date on all training and programs and who wish to receive qualified leads who have requested coaching help with their business.

Once you are accepted into the program you will be trained on all of the programs, tools, and resources that will be made available to you as a Flashecom.NET Certified Business Coach. As a part of the applicant review process you will be required to complete a Non Disclosure Agreement.
